Excellent presentation! Excellent distinction between feelings of satisfaction and being happy. I remain a fan of your philosophy. Why do you think Americans don't have Arbejdsglaede in their dictionary? Is it just a matter of attitude or is it something deeper (cultural maybe)?

@vincent: As for the US, I definitely think it's cultural. The pervasive attitude to work in America is that "work sucks - that's why you get paid."
